If you’ve built or scaled payments at Stripe, Revolut, Wise, Adyen, or inside a Tier-1 PSP or bank, this role is for you. We’re looking for a senior Payments Product Manager who understands how money actually moves, across rails, jurisdictions, and balance sheets, and wants to apply that experience in a high-ownership, regulated environment.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end ownership of payments products, from early discovery (0→1) through scaling and optimisation (1→N).
- Core payment and settlement flows, working closely with engineering, compliance, operations, and commercial teams.
- Product decisions that balance customer experience, regulatory constraints, and unit economics.
- Pricing models and commercial structures for institutional and enterprise clients.
- Clear product narratives for internal stakeholders and external customers.
What we’re looking for:
- 6+ years in Product Management, with a strong track record in payments or financial infrastructure.
- Experience building or owning high-volume, transaction-heavy systems.
- Background in payments, PSPs, or bank-grade platforms.
- Strong grasp of payment flows, compliance workflow, settlement models, and operational risk.
- Comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and settlement workflows with engineers (without being a developer).
- Experience serving institutional or enterprise clients in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Big bonus:
- Exposure to DLT / blockchain-based settlement or digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience bridging TradFi and modern payment rails.
Why this role:
- Build real payments infrastructure, not feature-level optimisation.
- High autonomy and influence over product direction.
- Work at the intersection of payments, regulation, and next-generation stablecoin rails.
- Senior visibility, fast decision-making, and meaningful ownership.
Why Join Us:
- Competitive salary and ESOP participation.
- Remote-friendly.
- Direct exposure to MiCA, digital euro, and next-generation stablecoin initiatives.
