We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Estates Manager (Environment and Enforcement) to support the Estates Manager in leading our Environment and Enforcement teams across Council‑managed estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily work of the Environment Team, ensuring effective delivery of Council services across all open spaces, parks, play areas, allotments, car parks, and related environment sites.
- Lead regular briefings with the team, setting priorities, allocating tasks, and communicating any changes to the plans.
- Monitor performance and workload, oversee training, provide mentoring and practical advice, escalating serious concerns to the Estates Manager.
- Support staff well‑being and maintain a positive environment while upholding health.
