We are looking for a warm, professional, and highly organized Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team. As the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. You will be responsible for managing appointments, assisting guests with enquiries, promoting treatments and products, and ensuring the reception area reflects the high standards expected of a luxury wellness destination.

Key Responsibilities- Welcome all guests with a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
- Manage spa treatment bookings, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
- Answer telephone and email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, memberships, and promotions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Support retail sales by recommending suitable products and treatments.
- Maintain high presentation standards throughout the reception and spa areas.
- Coordinate daily schedules with therapists and spa management.
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members and guests when required.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational checks.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, spa, leisure, or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for guest care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Confidence working with booking systems, payment systems, and Microsoft Office.
