Newquay Junior Academy is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic 0.5 KS2 Teacher to provide maternity cover within our academy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to ensuring that all pupils achieve well and thrive.
We are looking for a teacher who has high expectations, strong classroom practice and a genuine commitment to building positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues. The successful candidate will be joining a vibrant Key Stage 2 academy where teamwork, consistency and care for pupils are central to our work. They will be well supported by year group colleagues and academy leaders, and will contribute to a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to be ready, respectful and safe.
This fixed-term role would suit a reflective and motivated practitioner who is keen to make a meaningful contribution to academy life.
