We’re partnering confidentially with a high-growth, channel-led cybersecurity company to identify a commercially driven, people-centric VP of Sales, EMEA. This role is ideal for a current Senior Director or VP-level leader with deep channel sales experience across EMEA, who is now ready to step into full regional ownership of a $180M+ business, leading a team of 70+ sellers.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all go-to-market sales initiatives across EMEA.
- Manage and scale a high-performing regional team (70+), driving new ARR and customer expansion.
- Operate in a 100% partner-led environment – no internal conflict between direct and channel.
- Drive channel engagement, pipeline growth, and deal execution through strategic partners, VARs, and MSPs.
- Collaborate with executive leadership across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent growth.
What You Bring:
- Current or previous experience as VP or Sr. Director of Sales or Channel Sales in EMEA.
- Proven success leading teams at scale (50+ headcount, $100M+ territory).
- Background in mid-sized cybersecurity vendors – ideally post-Series B/PE-backed environments.
- Demonstrated success growing business through partner ecosystems.
- Comfortable operating with leaner support functions – hands-on leadership style.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven EMEA-wide leadership experience with quota-carrying responsibilities.
- Strong background in cybersecurity and channel sales.
