Our Food and Beverage Assistants work across our venues' cafés and bars to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. We are looking for additional team members to join us on a Casual basis, to pick up shifts during events, busy periods or as absence cover, with availability to cover at each of our venues.

Hours, Pay and Benefits

  • Hours: Casual basis - available shifts will be published in advance for you to accept which you are available to commit to work. Shifts can cover early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. On occasion, shifts may become available at short notice, therefore your flexibility is appreciated.
  • Pay: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage)
  • Benefits: option to join generous pension scheme, free onsite parking (not available at Riverfront), uniform provided and wellbeing programmes

Role Requirements

The main duties of the role include:

  • Serving and taking payment from customers
  • Assisting in preparation and presentation of food
  • Serving hot/cold drinks at our cafes and alcoholic beverages at our bars
  • Maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
  • Assisting with deliveries and storage
  • Correct recording and storage of waste
  • Assisting at special events as required
