The Guest Service Representative (GSR) embodies the property’s commitment to exceptional service, ensuring guests receive efficient, courteous, and professional assistance in all front office operations. The Guest Service Representative plays a key role in ensuring guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay at our properties. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest inquiries or issues. We seek highly motivated team members.
