About the vacancy:

Passionate about Health and Wellbeing? Can you bring this passion to life and create opportunities for our residents and communities to improve their health and wellbeing? Are you an enthusiastic and creative individual with great communication skills who loves making a positive difference to people's lives? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

Central to the role is working closely with our residents, within one of our 55+ housing schemes, local community groups and other partners to promote healthy and active lifestyles and support independent living. You will also support our site supervisor team in ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the scheme.

With our residents within the scheme, you will facilitate a range of vibrant health & wellbeing activities and events providing the opportunity for people to meet, socialise and develop new interests that help tackle loneliness and isolation. With local community groups, you will work on joint health and wellbeing projects.

You will always have our residents' best interests at heart, working sensitively and compassionately with people and acting upon safeguarding concerns. We want our customers to live well in their homes and, when needed, you will help them to apply for relevant aids and adaptations for their homes, helping to promote independence and positive lifestyle choices.
