We are looking for great people to develop and lead Youth Justice service during an exciting time of development and growth.
The role of the Team Manager is integral in supporting our leadership culture to deliver excellent, and high-quality Youth Justices to children and young people that we work with, as well as nurture our team members so that they feel enabled and motivated to deliver high quality services.
You will be passionate about making a difference and a positive, enthusiastic leader and will be supported by a dedicated, experienced team.
