HR Manager
Newport | £59,728 | 37 hours/week | Hybrid Working

Our partner organisation for property services is on a mission to create something new: an impactful organisation with a people-first culture and we need an experienced HR Manager to help shape it.
You’ll lead a responsive HR service, guide managers through employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding, and embed inclusive policies that support wellbeing and engagement. From strategy to delivery, you’ll be central to our people experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading HR operations and shape long-term strategy
- Manage complex casework and employee relations
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR systems
- Champion wellbeing and inclusive leadership
- Supervise two direct reports
What You’ll Bring
- MCIPD (or working towards) or strong generalist HR experience
- Skilled in UK employment law,
- Skilled in leading organisational change, restructures, or TUPE processes
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder
- Familiar with payroll and HR systems
