The Private Sector Initiatives team are looking for a motivated, friendly and enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of rent account management, to provide administrative and practical support, to enable the smooth running of our tenant and property management services.
The team leads on managing Temporary Accommodation for homeless clients and also a growing portfolio of permanent homes.
The successful candidate will:
-Be able to work effectively both alone, and as part of a busy, customer-facing team.
-Have a strong track record in administration and management of customer rent accounts or similar.
-Have good attention to detail and excellent IT skills.
-Be able to support the team with a wide range of administrative and practical tasks
-Undertake site visits where needed to support effective property management
