Specialist Learning Support Assistant Required - September 2026

Making a positive difference for children each and every day takes patience and commitment. We are looking to appoint excellent, enthusiastic and self-motivated teaching assistants to join our staff team, willing to uphold the Christian ethos and support the aims and values of our schools. We offer a positive working environment, working with committed, supportive and enthusiastic staff, children, parents and governors.

Responsibilities:

  • Working alongside the class teacher to deliver high quality teaching and learning.
  • Providing support for general learning as well as children with SEND.
  • Delivering support to children with additional needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in, and knowledge of, supporting children with additional needs.
  • Self-motivated teaching assistant capable of upholding the Christian ethos.

NJC Scale Point 4. 30 hrs a week. Term time only. Actual salary £17,160 per annum.
