- Systems & Data Analyst
- We are seeking a proactive and technically minded
Systems & Data Analyst to support and improve our business systems, data processes, and reporting capabilities.
This is a varied role combining light IT support with data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
The successful candidate will help streamline business processes, maintain key systems, develop reports, and ensure information is accurately collected and managed across our Microsoft 365 and Word Press platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support, including the setup and configuration of PCs, mobile phones, Whats App Business, and user accounts.
- Create and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Manage document and photo storage solutions using Share Point and Dropbox.
- Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets, including linked data and reporting models.
- Produce management reports using data collected through Excel spreadsheets and Word Press forms.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Assist with Word Press and WP Forms administration.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology.
- This role may require occasional travel to our Head Office in Surrey, although this is expected to be rare
- 20-25 hours per week worked over 4 or 5 days
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 knowledge, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Share Point and document management systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and workflow creation.
- Familiarity with Dropbox.
- Basic Word Press administration experience.
- Experience using WP Forms or similar form-building tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Power BI experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Lists.
- Experience integrating data between business systems.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices.
