Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round
What You’ll Do
- Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children under 3
- Encourage independence, choice and hands‑on learning
- Plan and deliver creative, engaging and age-appropriate activities
- Support children in developing confidence, concentration and self-help skills
- Help maintain a beautifully prepared Montessori environment
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care and education
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding, nursery policies and high standards of practice
- Promote diversity, equality and inclusion

The Ideal Candidate
- We’re looking for a qualified, warm, attentive and passionate early years professional who believes in putting the child at the centre of their practice.
- You must have: full and relevant Early Years Qualification – essential
- Experience working with children under 5 – essential
- Montessori education – experience is desirable
- A flexible, positive and collaborative approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent English – essential
- A strong commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
