Join a Family-Run Montessori Nursery Where People Matter. At Newpark Childcare, we're not a corporate nursery chain. We're a family-run nursery with a genuine Montessori ethos, and we've been creating exceptional early years experiences for London families for over 30 years.
We believe children thrive when they're surrounded by caring, passionate adults who love what they do. That's why we invest just as much in our team as we do in the children we care for.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just want a nursery job—they want to make a real difference. Someone who is naturally curious about child development, passionate about early years education, and excited to help children learn through exploration, independence and play.
As the UK's first private nursery accredited by the London Living Wage, we believe the people shaping children's futures deserve to be valued and fairly rewarded.
