Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified)

Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round

What You’ll Do

  • As a Nursery Nurse, you’ll help provide child‑led, high‑quality early years care, ensuring every child thrives in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Support the learning and development of children under 3.
  • Plan and implement creative, engaging activities.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver outstanding care.
  • Follow nursery policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of practice.

The Ideal Candidate

  • We’re looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children’s development.
  • You will ideally have a full and relevant Early Years Qualification (preferred).
  • Experience working with children under 5 – essential.
  • Fluent English – essential.
  • A flexible, positive approach.
  • Creativity and the ability to implement daily activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team.
  • Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references.
