Salary: £15.30 per hour (Level 2) | £16.30 per hour (Level 3) | £14.80 per hour (unqualified)
Hours: Full-time | 4 days/week | 10 hours/day | Permanent, all year round

The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a team member who is warm, attentive, and passionate about children's development. You will ideally have:
- A full and relevant Early Years Qualification (preferred)
- Experience working with children under 5 – essential
- Fluent English – essential
- A flexible, positive approach
- Creativity and the ability to implement daily activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and protecting children
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues as part of a team
- Willingness to complete a DBS check and provide references
