- What You'll Be Doing
- Providing high-quality care and education for children under 3
- Planning and delivering engaging, child-led learning experiences
- Supporting children's development in line with the EYFS
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Maintaining a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Following safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

Essential
- Experience working with children under 5
- Good understanding of the EYFS
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
Desirable
- Full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3)
- Montessori experience (training can be provided)
