Role overview

We are looking for a new Private Patient Assistant to join our Shrewsbury site. This will be 32 hours over 4 days per week.

The Private Patient Assistant provides personalized administrative and support services to private patients ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their care journey. This role acts as the primary point of contact for patients coordinating appointments, managing documentation and liaising with clinical and non‑clinical teams to deliver exceptional service.

What skills and experience do I need

  • Previous experience in a customer or patient facing role
  • Experience in a busy administrative role
  • A competent user of all Office 365 programmes
  • Tech savvy and comfortable working on new systems e.g. patient record systems
  • A great phone manner
  • An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
  • A good team player happy to jump in and support others when required
