Newmedica is seeking a fully qualified Scrub Nurse/ODP to join the Whiteley site. This role is 37.5 hours over 4 days per week, including weekends on a rota basis. You’ll scrub for cataract theatre lists, support the surgeon, ensure patient safety and hygiene, and help with waste management and record-keeping.
The ideal candidate has ophthalmic theatre experience; training can be provided for vitrectomy setup, phaco instrumentation, and lens implants. Excellent English and teamwork are essential.
