Do you want to become an Operational Director & Partner with Newmedica in the future?
One thing that unites everyone at Newmedica is a passion for our purpose: improving people’s sight and transforming lives.
We want to deliver outstanding eye care that’s accessible, sustainable and patient‑centred, complementing the NHS and providing choice for patients. And we want to do that in a way that creates long‑term value for our partners and communities.
We’re building a Talent Pool of future Operational Directors — commercially minded leaders who want to co‑own and run a Newmedica ophthalmology business alongside Clinical Directors. This is your opportunity to register interest so we can connect when the right opportunity arises.
What does an Operational Partner do?
- Lead and grow a business : Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and patient‑focused services.
- Build and inspire teams : Recruit, develop and engage multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Drive performance and growth : Manage P&L, develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity.
- Champion governance and patient experience : Uphold CQC standards, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient care with the best possible outcomes.
This is a partnership role, not a traditional job — you’ll have a meaningful equity stake and the support of a proven operating model and central services.
