Role overview

We are looking for a Governance Adminsitrator to join our Northampton site. This will be 40 hours over 5 days per week which may include weekends in the future on a rota basis.

The Governance Administratorwill support the provision of key processes including presenting compliance information to the team, taking minutes, and providing actions for the relevant managers. Managing audit compliance as well as ensuring timely completion in line with policy.

Facilities and maintenance will be the responsibility of the Governance Administrator; they will be ensuring all PPM is planned, completed and compliant. The post holder will provide essential administrative support to the Operational Director and Lead Clinical Partner in ensuring that the unit is CQC compliant. Liaise with the central governance team to ensure that the learnings have been shared with the team.

The key objective is to ensure that the team provides the highest quality of patient care and to contribute to the company’s capacity for rapid growth. The role will have the opportunity to shape and motivate admin and business processes to enhance clinic performance to achieve set targets and to deliver outstanding results.


What skills and experience do I need?

We’ll provide training so experience isn’t always needed, but the following things will be advantageous:


  • Experience of working in a similar governance role is desirable.

  • Working within a hospital or healthcare setting desirable.
  • Previous experience of working with patients or in a customer facing role
  • A competent user of all Office 365 programmes & comfortable working on new systems
  • An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
  • Experience of dealing with a variety of data
  • A good team player – happy to jump in and support others when
