This is your opportunity to register interest so we can connect when the right opportunity arises.What does an Operational Partner do?Lead and grow a business: Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring safe, efficient and patient‑focused services.Build and inspire teams: Recruit, develop and engage multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.Drive performance and growth: Manage P&L, develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity.Champion governance and patient experience : Uphold CQC standards, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient care with the best possible outcomes.This is a partnership role, not a traditional job — you’ll have a meaningful equity stake and the support of a proven operating model and central services.Who we’re looking forExperienced operational or general management leaders (healthcare or similar regulated services).Strong people leadership and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility.A values‑driven approach to safety, patient experience and governance.Proven ability to work with Consultants/Doctors and lead large multidisciplinary teams.Solid understanding of CQC regulations, including the framework and what excellent governance looks like.Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on, switching between the two as needed.Experience within an ophthalmology or theatre setting is a bonus.Note: This advert is to join our Operational Partner Talent Pool, not necessarily to apply for a live vacancy.
