We are looking for a new HR Lead to join our Cheshire Oaks site. This is a part-time position (24 hours per week, across 3-5 days). We are ideally looking for someone to start in early July.
As HR Lead, you will support the efficient delivery of the HR service across the site. You will undertake a wide range of duties including managing the full recruitment lifecycle, supporting payroll processes, and maintaining the HR system (BambooHR). You will act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, ensure employee records are accurate and up to date, coordinate induction, and oversee mandatory training compliance. In addition, you will provide administrative support across key HR processes, including performance management, absence management, and disciplinary and grievance procedures.

What skills and experience do I need?
- Experience of working under own initiative
- Experience in a busy administrative role
- CIPD Level 3 or a desire to work towards
- Experience working in a regulated environment (NHS experience particularly advantageous)
- Prior use of BambooHR or similar HR information systems
- Knowledge of payroll administration processes
- A competent user of all Office 365 programmes
- An excellent grasp of the English language both verbally and in written format
- A good team player – happy to jump in and support others when required
