We’re building a Talent Pool of future Operational Directors — commercially minded leaders who want to co‑own and run a Newmedica ophthalmology business alongside Clinical Directors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a business
- Drive performance and growth
- Manage P&L, develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity
- Uphold CQC standards, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient care with the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
- Strong people leadership and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
- Solid understanding of CQC regulations, including the framework and what excellent governance looks like
- Experience within an ophthalmology or theatre setting is a bonus
