Do you want to become an Operational Director & Partner with Newmedica in the future? We want to do that in a way that creates long‑term value for our partners and communities. We’re building a Talent Pool of future Operational Directors — commercially minded leaders who want to co‑own and run a Newmedica ophthalmology business alongside Clinical Directors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead and grow a business
  • Drive performance and growth
  • Manage P&L, develop local relationships and grow NHS and private activity
  • Uphold CQC standards, and ensure the delivery of safe, effective patient care with the best possible outcomes

Requirements:

  • Strong people leadership and commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L responsibility
  • Solid understanding of CQC regulations, including the framework and what excellent governance looks like
  • Experience within an ophthalmology or theatre setting is a bonus
