Grooms/Yard Staff

Overview

We are currently seeking grooms and yard staff to join our team. Duties will include general care and welfare of patients as well as assisting with diagnostic and veterinary investigations.

Responsibilities

• General care and welfare of patients
• Assist with diagnostic and veterinary investigations
• Provide the highest possible standard of care
• Sound knowledge of equine welfare and husbandry
• Good understanding of equine behaviour
• Experienced in handling a variety of horses, including thoroughbreds
• Eye for detail and a positive and flexible approach to work
• Self-motivation, a cheerful disposition and ability to work as part of a team
• Participation in weekend and bank holiday rota
