Overview

This role will be responsible for implementing the Marketing strategy across the region, serving as a focal point and champion for specific product line activities.

Please note this role is office-based – Monday to Friday

This role can be based in Bracknell, UK, or Mumbai, India

Responsibilities

  • Be the \’Champion\’ for designated product lines within the region; represent and influence these products at a global level.
  • Collaborate with Global Strategic Marketing to develop the global marketing strategy for the designated product line, ensuring regional needs are met.
  • Implement the global marketing strategy in the region.
  • Lead the development of the EMEAI annual operating plan within the broader planning cycle and long-range plan for the product line.
  • Analyze market, industry, and competitive data; communicate findings to senior management and recommend marketing programs to enhance product value.
  • Consult with sales, customers, and OEMs to understand market and customer needs.
  • Work with R&D to develop and present new product and market opportunities that meet customer needs.
  • Analyze the product line and recommend modifications to meet marketing and profitability goals.
  • Coordinate with R&D regarding product development timelines for marketing implementation.
  • Support global review of product portfolio pricing.
  • Work with the pricing team to monitor and manage pricing activities.
  • Assist the sales team with business proposals, differentiation strategies, training materials, and market updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and profitability targets.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Communications to develop promotional and sales support materials, ensuring proprietary data is protected.

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

BSc/BA in marketing, science (chemistry), or related field.

Relevant experience in a marketing environment.

Proven success in a full-mix B2B marketing or business management role.

Skills & Abilities:

Leadership and influence skills to achieve objectives.

Initiative to drive value in assigned areas.

Effective teamwork skills for project success.
