Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B operators, restaurant chains, café brands, and property owners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants in the F&B sector.
- Provide consultancy services tailored to client needs, including market entry, expansion, and relocation strategies.
- Property Acquisition & Leasing
- Identify suitable commercial properties for F&B operations based on location, footfall, competition, and zoning regulations.
- Conduct property viewings, prepare detailed site reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Negotiate lease agreements, rental terms, and incentives on behalf of clients.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, emerging F&B locations, and competitor activity.
- Produce accurate market reports, lease comparables, and financial feasibility assessments.
