This role is part of Newmark's Hotels and Extended Stay Valuation Team, one of the most respected teams in the UK, renowned for delivering accurate and insightful valuation services and for being the UK's largest specialist in hotel property taxation. The team advises on over Β£20 billion of hotel assets annually, representing around 60% of corporate branded hotels in the UK and advising on 125 hotels in London alone. We combine deep technical knowledge, strategic insight, and a client-first approach to minimise liability and maximise value. We are expanding our reach, resources, and opportunities to enhance the quality and scope of our services and to provide a platform to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and be part of a global powerhouse.
