We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Experienced Building Consultancy Professionals to join our growing national team. In this role, you will provide strategic, technical, and advisory services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality building surveys, technical due diligence, project monitoring, and consultancy advice to a broad range of clients. Key Responsibilities- Conduct building surveys, technical due diligence, and defect analysis for commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and recommendations for clients, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable outcomes.
- Deliver project monitoring and management for refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital improvement programs.
- Advise on compliance, sustainability, lifecycle costing, and asset management strategies.
- Support acquisition and disposal transactions by assessing building condition and associated risks.
- Collaborate with internal service lines (Valuation, Capital Markets, Property Management) to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, professional standards, and Newmark's quality procedures.
- Experience in building consultancy, building surveying, or technical advisory services.
- Proven experience across multiple property sectors (office, industrial, retail, mixed-use).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a national team.
- Strong report-writing skills with attention to detail.
