  • Collaborative and adaptable – able to support different teams and projects across the firm.
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn, explore new tools, and embrace feedback.
  • Naturally curious with fresh ideas and perspectives to improve established processes.
  • A positive disruptor, motivated to improve how we work while respecting the firm’s culture and values.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, seeing it as an opportunity.
  • Patient and resilient when working with colleagues who may be less tech-savvy, helping build confidence and adoption across the firm.
  • Acts as an ambassador for innovation, helping the firm embrace data and analytics as a core part of how we deliver for clients.
