Newmark is launching a Graduate Analyst Programme as part of a Centre of Excellence for Analytics & Innovation. The initiative will transform how data, technology, and insight are used across service lines including Capital Markets, Leasing, Business Rates, and Valuation. This programme offers talented graduates the opportunity to work across multiple departments, applying data and analytics skills to real client and business challenges.
About the Programme
You will rotate between teams, gaining exposure to different areas of commercial real estate while developing advanced analytics capabilities. You will report into the Analytics team and work with colleagues across the business, embedding best practice in Power BI, financial modelling, data visualisation, and workflow automation. About You
We are looking for an ambitious and curious graduate who is excited about combining real estate with technology and data. This role is as much about mindset as it is about technical skills – we want someone who will actively help embed a more innovative, data-driven culture across Newmark UK.
- Recently completed or due to complete a degree in a numerate, analytical, or technical discipline (e.g. Economics, Data Science, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, Geography).
- Strong analytical and IT skills, with experience in Excel and an interest in Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar tools.
- A problem-solver who can translate complex information into clear, practical outputs.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present data and insights to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Collaborative and adaptable – able to support different teams and projects across the firm.
- A growth mindset – eager to learn, explore new tools, and embrace feedback.

Responsibilities
The Role
As a Graduate Analyst, You Will
- Rotate across different departments (Capital Markets, Leasing, Business Rates, Valuation, etc.), supporting live projects and client mandates.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., in Power BI) to support client reporting, portfolio analytics, and internal performance tracking.
- Support teams with financial and operational modelling, ensuring outputs are clear, consistent, and client-ready.
- Enhance and automate data workflows, improving accuracy and efficiency across service lines.
- Conduct market and tenant analysis, combining internal data with external research sources.
- Assist in preparing presentations, client materials, and analytics outputs using modern visualisation techniques.
- Act as the champion and point of contact for your assigned team on our property intelligence, AI-ready database – helping them adopt, use, and maximise value from it.
- Participate in training, mentoring, and development sessions run by the Analytics team.

We are committed to developing our graduates into future leaders in real estate analytics. As part of the programme, you will:
- Complete monthly internal training courses, covering topics such as Power BI, financial modelling, data storytelling, coding for analytics, and applied real estate analytics.
- Receive mentorship and technical training from the Analytics team and senior colleagues across service lines.
- Be supported to undertake a professional qualification relevant to data and analytics.
- Option to pursue chartered membership (e.g. RICS or CFA) if relevant to future career focus, with full support from Newmark.

Working hours
Working hours
We offer flexibility around core hours, which are from 10:00 to 16:00. You can start and end around these hours, provided you complete 7.25 hours per day. This position also involves out-of-hours work on an as-necessary basis. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the application process or upon commencement.
