Assistant Surveyor – Year Placement – Commercial Surveying – London, United Kingdom JOB DESCRIPTION About the Role Newmark offers a comprehensive Placement Year programme for students pursuing a RICS accredited degree. This full-year, paid placement is based in London and provides an immersive experience in Surveying, gaining experience from day one. As a placement student, you\\\\\\\’ll be integrated into a specific team for the entire year, working closely with senior professionals and gaining hands on experience that contributes towards your Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) post-graduation. We provide training days to further develop your knowledge, skills and behaviours. The programme offers direct exposure to senior professionals, opportunities to participate in site visits, client meetings, research projects and report writing. This experience not only enhances technical and practical knowledge, it also strengthens core skills such as communication, problem solving, teamwork and networking. Office Advisory Conduct site visits to assess properties, gather data, and contribute to valuation and appraisal processes.
