We are looking for an HR Business Partner who combines commercial thinking with practical delivery. This role sits within our HR Business Partnering team and works closely with senior leaders to enable performance, strengthen capability, and enhance the employee experience. While you will contribute to workforce planning and broader people strategy, this is very much a hands-on role. You will own work end-to-end, managing cases, drafting documentation, coaching managers, analysing data, and ensuring decisions are implemented effectively. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced HR generalist who wants real breadth, meaningful exposure to leaders, and the chance to build strong business partnering capability through doing, not delegating.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Partnering the Business
- Build trusted relationships with Heads of Business Groups and senior managers in the UK with responsibility for other European locations as required
- Provide commercially grounded, pragmatic HR advice
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession discussions
- Ensure people plans align with business priorities
