We are seeking a motivated and analytically minded Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our growing Capital Markets team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile investment transactions, supporting institutional, private equity, and corporate clients across a range of commercial property asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the origination, underwriting, and execution of property investment transactions across the UK, with a focus on the North of England
- Conduct detailed financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and investment appraisals using tools such as Excel and Argus
- Prepare high-quality marketing materials, investment memoranda, and client presentations
- Undertake market research, asset inspections, and due diligence coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and property owners
- Monitor market activity and trends to identify investment opportunities and support client advisory work
- Liaise with legal, valuation, planning, and technical consultants during transaction processes
- RICS qualified or actively working toward qualification (preferred)
- Experience in a real estate investment, valuation, or capital markets
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel financial modelling; Argus experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the UK commercial property market, particularly in the North
- Client-focused mindset with a commercial approach and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently when needed
