Our award-winning Industrial and Logistics team is one of the largest nationwide. We have significant experience in this sector, combined with data gathered from our regular Prime Logistics and Multi-Let research reports. Our work in agency, investment and development is combined with strengths in planning, business rates and lease consultancy to create a full-service offer that is highly valued by leading investors, developers and occupiers.

The industrial and logistics sector has seen significant changes over recent years, with unprecedented growth in demand resulting in higher occupation costs. The move towards online retailing, changing consumer habits, the effects of Brexit on international trade and the lack of supply have all impacted business rates liabilities. Addressing supply chain disruptions and sustainability could necessitate infrastructure upgrades, further affecting property assessments.

  • Collaborate with other divisions within the firm to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary services to clients.
  • Provide strategic rating advice on many nationwide portfolios covering all aspects of rate management, appeal strategy and other non-appeal related rating matters including advice in respect of strategies to minimise empty rate liabilities.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Salary: competitive based on market and professional experience
  • 30 days’ holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays and extra days at Christmas and New Year
  • Pension – We match your contributions up to 8% (after initial probationary period)
