About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to join Newmark's Retail Agency team on a fixed-term contract until February 2027. Supporting a busy team of senior professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys working collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive diary management across multiple stakeholders.
- Coordinating meetings, client appointments and travel arrangements.
- Preparing presentations, reports, correspondence and other documentation.
- Managing inboxes and handling communications professionally and efficiently.
- Organising team meetings, events and hospitality where required.
- Processing expenses and supporting with administrative tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is up to date.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing general administrative support to the Retail Agency team and assisting with ad hoc projects as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- An experienced Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, ideally within property or another professional services environment.
- Exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Committed to delivering a high standard of service and maintaining confidentiality.
