As part of our continued growth in the UK, we are seeking experienced and qualified Landlord & Tenant Surveyors to join our established teams in both Leeds and Manchester.
The successful candidates will be involved in a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across a diverse commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities will include lease renewals, rent reviews, re-gears, and strategic advisory work, acting for both landlords and occupiers. You will work closely with colleagues across other service lines, contributing to Newmark’s collaborative and client-focused approach.
We are looking for individuals with strong technical expertise, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality advice. Candidates must be professionally qualified (MRICS or equivalent) and have relevant post-qualification experience within the commercial property sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential.
