Site Agent Competitive Salary + Benefits North West England Our Client Our client is a growing construction business with a strong pipeline of work across the North West.

Operating in a fast-moving project environment, the organisation places significant emphasis on safe delivery, practical problem solving and effective coordination across its site teams.

As part of continued growth, they are now seeking to appoint a Site Agent to play a key role in managing day-to-day activity across live projects, joining a busy operational team where strong site leadership, organisation and communication will have a direct impact on delivery.

The Role The Site Agent will take responsibility for day-to-day activity across live construction sites, ensuring works are planned, resourced and delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Working closely with project leads, engineers, supervisors and site teams, the role will maintain control of labour, subcontractors, site records, short-term planning and progress against agreed site and programme requirements.

The projects will sit within the water and wastewater sector, supporting United Utilities’ Better Rivers framework.
