Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, which are used across a broad range of sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. They are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Manager to join their team in the UK.

This key role will focus on driving new business acquisition and expanding market share in the region.

The Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company’s market presence. Through strategic prospecting, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making, they will play a key role in positioning the company as a market leader in the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, particularly in new customer acquisition. They should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, alongside a self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required, along with fluency in English. Extensive travel across the UK is required, therefore a valid driving license is essential.
