They are seeking a driven and results-orientated Sales Manager to join their team in the DACH area (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland).
The Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on new opportunities, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the company's market presence. Through strategic prospecting, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making, they will play a key role in positioning the company as a market leader in the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background, particularly in new customer acquisition. They should possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, alongside a self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven mindset. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting sales data and market trends to inform strategy. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office is required, along with fluency in German and English. Extensive travel across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland is required, therefore a valid driving license is essential.
A bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is desirable, as is experience in the foam or industrial products sector. Familiarity with DACH market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting would be advantageous.
