The Operations Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of a large-scale processing facility, ensuring safe and compliant plant performance. The role forms part of the site leadership team, maintaining operational control within a safety-critical environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing operational teams
- Overseeing plant activities
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental standards
- Delivering consistent performance through monitoring key operational targets
