Newman Stewart is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing regional team supporting live infrastructure projects in the North West.
You will maintain cost visibility across projects, manage cost/value/risk/cash flow, and work with site teams to ensure financial targets are met.
Responsibilities include preparing cost reports, forecasts, cost value reconciliations, valuations and payment applications, final accounts, and subcontract procurement.
