The Role:

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join our client’s team. Reporting to the Directors, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial and sales functions, with a chance to dive into financial planning. This is your opportunity to shine in a data-driven role and grow within an innovative company.

What You'll Do:

  • Financial Insights: Assist with sales commissions, forecasts, budgets, and month-end duties across the UK, Netherlands, and Belgium.
  • Collaborative Reporting: Work closely with sales, marketing, and functional managers to provide insightful reports that drive departmental success.
  • Strategic Planning: Help create business plans for sales areas, focusing on core customers and markets.
  • Tech Savvy: Become a “Systems Expert” and “Change Agent,” promoting the use of Salesforce and Power BI.

  • Educational Background: Degree educated with experience in a global/multinational support role.
  • Tech Skills: Proficient in Excel, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Data Expertise: Experience with SAP BW, Salesforce, and Power BI.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
