A leading international manufacturer is seeking to expand its sales team within the aviation sector. The company is known for providing advanced material solutions that meet high standards of quality and performance in a variety of industries. As part of their continued growth in the aviation sector, our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead new business development and expand market share, focusing on technical foam and turnkey solutions for aircraft interiors.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the aviation market, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the company's strategic objectives. The role combines new business generation with account management, with a particular emphasis on technical products for aircraft cabin applications.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in B2B technical sales, with strengths in both business development and relationship management. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with a proactive and commercially focused approach. Analytical skills and experience working with market data and digital sales tools are important for success in this position.

Fluency in English and German is required. The role involves regular travel throughout Europe, so a valid driving licence is necessary.
