The Role

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll be a key part of the executive search process. With full support and training, you\’ll develop the skills to:

• Research businesses, industries, and talent landscapes
• Identify and engage senior-level candidates
• Build trusted relationships with clients and candidates
• Contribute to strategy and delivery on retained search assignments
• Work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team

This is a consultative role focused on quality and insight. You’ll learn how businesses make critical hiring decisions, how leadership teams are built, and how to advise clients at the highest level.
