This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early career experience in telesales, lead generation or a similar commercial role who is now ready to take the next step. You will be supported with comprehensive training, clear performance expectations and ongoing coaching designed to help you build confidence and achieve strong results.
Key Responsibilities

- Research target markets to identify relevant organisations and key decision makers.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of all activity within our CRM system.
- Build rapport with stakeholders and communicate a confident understanding of our service offering.
- Support wider business development activity through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement and occasional event participation.

- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with new contacts at all levels within an organisation.
- Clear, engaging and persuasive in communication, both verbally and in writing.
- Motivated by generating opportunities and able to maintain momentum in a target driven environment.
- Curious about business and interested in building a long-term career in a commercial role.
- Able to understand client needs and communicate the value of our services with confidence.
- Comfortable using best in class technology and AI enabled tools to enhance prospecting and workflow efficiency, or ready to develop this capability through training.
