Project Delivery Director £DOE + Package London or West Midlands We are seeking a Project Director to join our client, a pioneering organisation at the forefront of complex infrastructure projects who are transforming high-density venues across the UK. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading projects within the telecommunications, construction or power industries. This is a rare & exciting opportunity to develop and lead a project delivery team across technically complex and diverse engineering projects. Helping to shape the and grow the project delivery function as the business grows. You will be tasked with managing a project team to deliver bespoke, large, complex technical programmes on time, to budget and in full. You will manage budgets with clarity and certainty to ensure profitable outcomes. Alongside managing relationships and contracts with care, attention and consistency, ultimately in support of the growth and development of this innovative and high-growth business. To be successful within this role you must have previous experience managing complex, multi-disciplined engineering projects. You must be proficient in planning, executing, and delivering large-scale, projects on time and within budget. With evidence and knowledge of developing, leading and motivating project teams to succeed, your expertise lies in managing contracts, agreements, and stakeholder relationships. You must be skilled in mediating and resolving disputes between customers, stakeholders and/or team members, with a strong commitment to working effectively, with pace and energy.
