The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales activity across Ireland, with a strong focus on new business development and customer relationship management. Operating autonomously across the territory, the role will involve identifying and progressing opportunities, managing customer engagement throughout the sales process and supporting continued commercial growth across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
Working closely with internal colleagues, the Business Development Manager will support proposal activity, commercial discussions and customer requirements while maintaining accurate pipeline management, forecasting and reporting activity. The role requires a proactive and commercially aware approach, with the ability to build effective customer relationships and manage opportunities in a structured manner.
The successful candidate will bring proven B2B sales or business development experience within manufacturing, industrial or production-led environments.
