Venn Academy Trust is seeking a proactive Attendance Officer to join our school team. You will monitor daily attendance and punctuality, maintain records accurately and follow up unexplained absences to support pupils' education.
You will build positive relationships with pupils and families, analyse attendance patterns and work with pastoral and safeguarding colleagues to implement timely interventions and promote a culture of excellent attendance across the academy.
